The main force that has contributed in making GRGA a synonym of SUCCESS is Er. Bhagirath Poonia (Chairman GRGA , an alumni of MNIT, jaipur), a recognized industrialist & educationist.

He rose from a rural background and became engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Malviya Regional Engineering College (MREC), Jaipur in 1976.

Self-Belief, Maturity of wisdom, breadth of vision and the depth of knowledge & experience enabled him to make GRGA one of the premier institute in the field of Education.

The managing Director is the administrative head of the institute, and has ultimate responsibility for its financial health; planning; developing and monitoring its teaching and research activities; for students progress and welfare; for staff training, progress & performance and for safety within the campus.

The school has the privilage to have Mr. Jadish Poonia as its Managing Director. he rose from a rural background & became law graduate. Then he joined state services & worked for 20 years. He took voluntary retirement & joined GRGA as Managing Director.

Mr. T. Anto Jacob did M.A.from (Madras Prsidency College), B.Ed. from (Madurai Kamraj University). He has 8 Yrs experience as principal.He has 4 Yrs experience as vice principal.He is a resource person of Ratna Sagar Publication conducting workshop for CCE system.He has published books for X and XII for Goyal Brothers.He will be publishing 24 titels for Dhanpat Rai Publisher.He has been appointed inspector for affiliation of CBSE schools.
